eat my vegetables and I even drink something like a fruit punch everyday in order to be healthy and fit and I knew that this is important beacause if I don't do this I won't be as healthy as I am now.There are some unhealthy that children and adults should avoid eating like potato chips,french fries,hamburgers,soft drink,etc.If someone eat this few things everyday,he or she will be extremely sick and will have diseases like flu.The benefits of eating my fruits and vegetables are being healthy everyday and have the energy to do many amazing things.I do encourage the school to hold a campaign because everybody will have the chance to eat more fruits and vegetables.I would suggest things like "who can eat the most fruits and vegetables" competition.
